Man booked for escaping from quarantine facility | KNO

Poonch, Mar 30 (KNO): The Jammu and Kashmir police in Poonch have booked a man for escaping from quarantine facility setup in the area to keep COVID19 patients. According to wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), a man from Surankote earlier created ruckus at a police checkpoint after which police took cognizance of the matter while he was later shifted to quarantine facility setup in JNV Surankote. Officials said that the said man escaped from the said quarantine facility on Monday after which a case in relevant sections of the law have been registered in Surankote police station and efforts are on to track the man and to shift him to quarantine facility again –(KNO)
